1. Description of C purlin roll forming machine
C purlin roll forming machine is equipment that produces C-shaped steel channels continuously out of galvanized or cold rolled steel strips from feeding, punching for holes, bending, and cutting.
This C purlin roll forming machine is for steel sheet cold-form industries. It can form the steel sheet to the C shape according to the customer’s requirement continuously, automatically cut to length. The equipment adopts PLC control, AC frequency, and adjusting the speed technology. And it has many advantages, just like high forming speed, low noise, stable transmission, easy operation, good appearance and so on.

The main components of a c sectional channel roll forming machine include a manual decoiler (3-Ton capacity), a feeding guide for materials of different sizes, a leveling device, a front hydraulic punching for holes or slots on flanges, a roll forming part, a rear hydraulic punching for holes or slots on the web, a hydraulic cutting for a cut to length, a PLC control cabinet, and a hydraulic oil pump.

If you need it, we will arrange for our professional engineers to help you install and debug the machines well. The buyer should pay $100 per day
B. Guarantee period
The warranty will be a maintenance, maintain in the guarantee period of 18 months starting from delivery. Because of the quality of equipment during the guarantee period, we will provide the parts free of charge, which is in the conditions of correct operation. (Natural disasters or factors which can’t be forced by humans are excluded).
C. Training
During the installation and adjustment of the equipment, our engineers shall provide the training to the buyer’s personal request to operate and maintain the equipment. Including foundation construction, electrical works, hydraulic oil, safe operation, and non-standard safety items, testing material and etc.
